Our mission is to eliminate the barriers that lead to social exclusion and poverty. We hope to achieve this by effectively empowering minority faith and BAME communities to make more meaningful and sustainable life choices. We are committed to unleashing the potential of all to establish cohesive and sustainable communities through developing disadvantaged individuals.
Using our intimate knowledge of British faith and BAME communities, we advise private and public stakeholders on ways to tailor development initiatives. We have achieved success in identifying and addressing learning needs in socially disadvantaged communities, building and sustaining strong networks, capacity building organizations, and carrying out consultations for public and private funders on a array of areas including barriers to employment, diversity and housing strategies.
